You say "a bowl of soup".
Nora does the rest.
Liza, the love of my whole life. You are my yesterday, my today and my tomorrow
No catalogue searching and no kitchen scales. One sentence by voice, text or photo, and the day is counted.
Free. No card. Tokens only for the assistant.
Three steps and the day is closed
- 01
Say it or type it
One sentence about what you ate. The whole day at once if you like.
- 02
Nora counts
Finds the dish, takes your usual portion, splits it across meals.
- 03
The day is done
Calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates and water are in place. Corrections in words.
Why this survives real life
People do not abandon a diary out of laziness, they abandon it because logging lunch takes longer than eating it. Everything below is built against that.
-
Talk to it like a person
A bowl of soup and a coffee. No catalogue searching, no grams in a field. One language or several mixed together.
-
A photo instead of a description
A shot of the plate: Nora names the dish, estimates the portion and shows where the number came from. Do not like the estimate? Fix it in words.
-
Barcode and label
A scan finds the product in the database in a moment. If it is not there, the ingredients label is read instead.
-
Home cooking, not just packaging
Cooked dishes with their own numbers and a usual portion, not only barcoded goods. Whatever is missing, Nora estimates and logs under a steady name.
-
It remembers your allergies
A severe allergen in the ingredients is flagged before the entry becomes a habit. The check runs on the allergen code, not on a guess.
-
Got it wrong? Say so
It heard eight hundred instead of two hundred: you say "no, that was two hundred", and Nora rewrites that same entry. Not a second row beside it, a corrected first one.
-
An evening nudge for what is missing
It asks about exactly what is not logged: dinner, water. One answer and the day is complete. If everything is there, it stays quiet.
-
A week, not a day
Weight, target, deficit and workouts come together into one picture. A single day means nothing, and the app does not hide that.
Available on iOS and Android
The app itself is free
Entries, analytics, water, workouts and the whole history cost nothing and never will. Tokens are spent only when Nora counts: a message costs one, a photo two.
How tokens work- 30 to start
- +2 a day
- 0 for a manual entry
